navigator gets data from IndexStore
Remove `NavigatorDataProvider` and its tests
`flatChildren` should default to null
fix `isFetching` logic
add/fix tests
clean up `getSetting` mock return value
select correct variant for `technologyProp`
create mixin for getting data from the store
minor refinements
